Bryant
Products manufactures a full line of light, medium and
heavy duty and CDLR Conveyor Rollers,as well as our revolutionary AirForm® Tapered Rollers.
Light
Duty Conveyor Rollers
- Available
in plain or galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum,
PVC and ABS plastic.
- All
series are available with non precision full compliment
bearings or ABEC 1 precision bearings with dual seals
or in a new low tongue design employing shields and
a special synthetic oil.
- Typical
roller diameters in this series range from 1 3/8”
to 2.5” with wall thicknesses from 16 through
13 gage.
- Shafts
are available in hex (5/16” and 7/16”),
end drilled and tapped or cross drilled.

Medium
Conveyor Rollers
- Range
in diameter from 2.5” through 5” and are available
with stamped race, full compliment bearings.
- Like
Light Duty Conveyor Rollers, shafts are available that in hex (5/8”,
11/16” and 1 1/16”), end drilled and tapped
or cross drilled.
- We
also offer CDLR (Chain Driven Live Roller) versions in
single, double and triple sprocketed designs a full range
of diameter and pitches.
- For
extremely contaminated environments, we can add labyrinth
seal of our own design and manufacture.

Heavy Duty Conveyor Rollers
- Range
in diameter from 3.5” through 7”.
- Hex
shafts of 5/8”, 11/16” and 1 1/16” are
typically used in this configuration as well as round
shafts with milled flats that have been cross drilled
or drilled and tapped ends of face mounting to the frame.
- Like
our medium duty units, the heavy duty Conveyor Rollers,are available
in single, double and triple row configurations.
- The
wall thickness of the tubes is usually 10 gage or heavier.

Chain Driven Live Rollers (CDLR Rollers)
- Available
in all three basic classes of Conveyor Rollers – light, medium
and heavy duty.
- The
sprockets are available in a wide variety of diameters
and pitches and are produced in single, double and triple
row.
- All
shaft, bearing and material combination referenced above
apply to the CDLR’s.

AirForm® Tapered Rollers
Get
the exact geometry or taper angle you need without any investment
in tooling.
- Tapered
Rollers manufactured with Bryant Products’ revolutionary
AirForm Technology, require no tooling.
- Available
in major diameters ranging from 1.5 to 8”.
- Bryant
manufactures the most accurate tapers in the industry
with TIR’s down to .005”.
- Since
our tubes are free-formed in air, you can also specify
a wide range of concave, convex, compound and back-to-back
taper designs.
- Unique,
single piece “drop-back” design eliminates
the cost, weight, additional material, welding and reduced
TIR common to “True Taper” rollers using washers
in the back end for a bearing seat.
- The
drive grooves in our belt driven rollers are produced
the basic forming operation, thereby eliminating the expense
of a secondary operation.
