Teletrack™ Pulleys for Unit Handling

Bryant Products is a leading manufacturer of light and medium duty pulleys for a wide variety of belt conveyor applications. Our precision grade head and tail pulleys range in diameter up to 12” and in face width up to 60”. We offer all common shaft-mounting configurations – fixed bore plates or hubs – welded shaft – hub and bushing – internal bearings – stub shaft.

Teletrack pulleys can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, in many face profiles including straight, tapered crown or trapezoidal crown.

Our new T-Thane lagging process provides the many benefits of urethane at price that is more than cost competitive with the commonly grades of rubber. This in-house, continuous process lagging does not require the manufacture of molds and can be applied to a diversity of surface profiles. This is extraordinary value is available only from Bryant Products.

Also, Bryant offers dynamic balancing at a slight additional cost. Our computerized balancer is sensitive enough to compensate for the twist inherent in all tubing, providing you with parts balanced to the tightest tolerances at the highest RPM ranges required.

Teletrack Pulley Options

Ultra-High Precision Pulleys – Our CNC machined pulleys are manufactured to the highest tolerances and surface finishes available. We are able to machine pulleys to a .001” TIR with surfaces finishes below 16 RMS and produce shaft tolerances to .0005” without expensive and time-consuming secondary grinding. These are available in all crown profiles – with and without lagging.

Precision Machined Face Pulleys – Machined from heavier wall tubing, our precision machined pulleys are available in all face profiles with TIR’s ranging from .020” to .005”. They are available in the full range of shaft to pulley configurations, with and without lagging and can be dynamically balanced.

AirForm® Precision Pulleys – Enjoy the many benefits that out revolutionary AirForm process brings to pulleys. These pulleys are precision formed from light gage tubing, eliminating the additional expense and weight required to machine pulleys. AirForm pulleys are true precision grade pulleys with TIR’s that range .020” to .010” – not the .060” to .120” associated with expanded rim technologies. Also, AirForm pulleys are available in point, trapezoidal, arc, concave and straight crowns. Like our machined grade pulleys, AirForm pulleys are available in all shaft to pulley configuration, with or without lagging and can be dynamically balanced.

For extraordinary savings, consider using AirForm “V” guide pulleys for belts equipped with “A” or “B” section tracking guides. With AirForm® “V” guide pulleys, the relief groove is precision formed directly into the face of the pulley. This completely eliminates all of the fabricating needed to mate a machined center section to the butt welded barrel sections along with the subsequent machining of the welded components. With AirForm® you get a lighter weight pulley without all of the extra fabrication and material costs associated with the current methods of manufacture.
