We now offer a full line of urethane coatings for industrial and precision grade rollers.

Our proprietary Durathane process is a continuous flow process and generally does not require molds. The absence of a mold reduces costs, improves lead times and simplifies prototyping and the production of short-run quantities. Since our process is continuous flow –we can offer shorter lead times, superior throughput and lower costs. In fact, our process is so time and materials efficient that we are able to offer urethane and pricing competitive with lower grades of rubber lagging compounds.

Our urethane lagging comes in a variety of colors and is available in 60, 70 and 85 Durometer. We can supply rollers in an as-molded, machined or ground surface finish.
